The author of Night Fighter Command has been busy working away on a sequel to the first edition of the rules, based on the 'baby blitz' of January to May 1944, or Operation Steinbock to give it its full title. This sounds really good and I'll be running a series of play test games as a mini-campaign as soon as the relevant files and instructions are available. It will be interesting to see how the improved technology like radar jammers and chaff as well as the different aircraft, build on the systems in the original rules. Then there's the accumulated experience of pilots and AI operators to factor into the success or otherwise of interceptions. I can't wait!
